Choosing a Scanner

I work in the Data Processing/Information Technology department of a mid-sized town govenment on Long Island. We have a contract with Konica-Minolta to get our office machines from them. My supervisor wants me to gather information on their wide format scanner KIP. I was wondering If anyone who has used one can give me their opinion about the machine, and the customer service. Any advice would be helpful.

We don't deal much with large format scanners, and we have never sold Konica-Minolta so I'm not qualified to address functionality of the machine or their customer service. Maybe you'll get some feedback from someone else on the forums.
