Returns within 30 Days
ScannerSolutions.com will accept the return of products and provide a full account credit for all merchandise returned, whether opened, or unopened. If you would like a cash refund, a 25% restocking fee will be applied. Refunds are issued to the same credit card, PayPal account, or other form of payment used in the original transaction.
Returns Beyond 30 DaysReturns requested beyond 30 days from the original invoice date will be reviewed on an individual basis and every effort will be made to accommodate the return. ScannerSolutions.com retains discretion, however, to deny the request. If the return is approved a 25% restocking fee will be applied.
Opened Software
Opened Software products cannot be returned under any circumstances. Please contact our Technical Support staff if you have received damaged or corrupt media and we can arrange a replacement.
Maintenance Plans & Extended WarrantiesRefunds cannot be given for maintenance plans or extended warranties on scanner hardware. In some cases it may be possible to transfer the extended warranty to another scanner unit. Please contact a sales representative at ScannerSolutions.com for details. |
