The Scanner Exchange Maintenance Program (SEMP) provides you with our premier advance exchange service and unlimited toll-free telephone support from our factory certified technicians.
If your malfunctioning scanner cannot be fixed over the telephone we will ship you a certified replacement unit via next-day air, at no charge. Simply return the malfunctioning scanner in the replacement unit’s packaging and keep the replacement unit indefinitely.
Our service center is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. MST.
Terms:
- The service plan coverage period is
one year
- Customers will receive one free roller kit for each year of coverage
- Used scanners are eligible for coverage after a short, 30-day waiting period
- We cover overnight shipping of the replacement scanner and return shipping of the malfunctioning scanner
- Replacement unit requests received by 3PM MST will ship the same business day
